An argument between heavyweight landlord Boston Properties and one of its San Francisco office tenants could set a precedent in court after the tenant filed a lawsuit using a tactic related to the coronavirus fallout: claiming its lease entitles it to rent abatement because it's been denied access to its space in the pandemic.
