The Danish international shipping company has agreed to a new 10-year lease on the fourth to the eighth floor, which totals 40,895 sq ft (3,800 sq m) of offices. Maersk Line will pay headline rents of between £33.50 and £35 per sq ft (£361 - £377 per sq m).
