Plans in for Brum’s tallest office tower

Rockspring and Sterling’s plan to build a 200,000 sq ft speculative office scheme at 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre has moved a step closer to fruition after detailed plans were submitted to the city’s council.

If approved, the scheme would become Birmingham’s tallest office tower and the tallest new office building outside of London at nearly 350 sq ft high, according to the developers.
