Planning Permission Granted for Panacea Property Development’s Forth Banks Scheme

Manchester based developer Panacea Property Development gained consent for its Forth Banksprivate rented sectorscheme in Newcastle city centre.

The development, comprising 280 residential apartments in three blocks, is located close to the city’s Central Station and adjacent to the Clouston Groups' Stephenson Quarter mixed use development, of which the first phase is now complete. The project represents the city’s first development built specifically for the private rental market.
