Brum’s Grand Central opens its doors but who’s got the key?

After five-years, £600m, and a not insignificant amount of fanfare, today marks the official opening of the 500,000 sq ft Grand Central shopping centre which sits above the recently revamped New Street Station in the heart of Birmingham city centre, and a three-strong shortlist including some of the UK's largest property companies are the finalists looking to take ownership.
