Shoregate leases Shoreditch offices

Media monitoring and intelligence agency Meltwater (UK) has signed a five-year lease on 7,324 sq ft of self-contained offices, including ground floor reception, first and second floors and part lower ground (showers and cycle storage), at a rent of £421,130 pa equating to £57.50 per sq ft.
