Henley USA, a Boston-based division of Henley Investments, a UK-based private equity real estate investor, sold a 265-unit apartment complex in Mesa, Arizona, to S2 Capital, a full service investment firm headquartered in Dallas. Delano sold for $30 million, or about $113,000 per unit.
