Schroders buys Hammersmith’s Kings Mall Shopping Centre-backed portfolio for £153m

Schroder UK Real Estate Fund has bought a portfolio of assets in Hammersmith, including the 340,000 sq ft Kings Mall Shopping Centre, from the Matterhorn Palos Partnership for £153m in an off-market transaction.
