Atenor, the international sustainable real estate developer headquartered in Brussels, has gained planning consent for its first project in the UK, an office retrofit of Fleet House near Blackfriars Station in London.
 
Designed by architect HOK, the project will retain more than two-thirds of the existing structure as it develops a 77,500-square-foot office over eight storeys.
