The owner of a heating and air conditioning company based in Orange, California, is buying a neighboring industrial building for its future home after a leaseback deal. A family trust has sold the 23,800-square foot building at 330 W. Taft Ave. to Ziad Roland Halwani for $8.2 million, or $334.87 per square foot. The buyer owns Star Air Kontrol in leased space at 438 W. Taft, with locations in the Los Angeles and Sacramento areas as well.
