Independent Police Complaints Commission takes down Croydon office move particulars

London & Continental Railways has signed the Independent Police Complaints Commission for 11,453 sq ft of offices at Southern House, Croydon.

The IPCC is paying £194,701 pa or £17 per sq ft on a 10-year lease at the 194,000 sq ft buidling with a tenant break and review at the fifth year.
