Harper, a San Francisco-based artificial intelligence-driven commercial insurance brokerage, has signed a new lease for 27,001 square feet of office space, the full 13th floor, at 425 Market St. in San Francisco. The building is owned by MetLife Investment Management, the institutional asset management arm of insurance giant MetLife Inc.
