Jefferies tests City for 150,000 sq ft relocation

US investment bank Jefferies has formalised plans for a potential relocation of its headquarters in London, launching a requirement for up to 150,000 sq ft of office space in the City.

Having appointed Knight Frank at the back end of last year to prepare a feasibility study on the rationale for relocating its City base at Vintners Place, Jefferies has formally instructed the agent to source options in the Square Mile that could accommodate between 125,000 sq ft and 150,000 sq ft of offices.
