Trio shortlisted for £6bn RBS mega mandate

Royal Bank of Scotland has shortlisted three agents for the mandate to advise the bank across its entire £6.2bn property portfolio of offices and high street branches in the UK and Ireland, in what is one of the largest corporate real estate mandates ever to be tendered domestically, CoStar News can reveal.

RBS has shortlisted JLL, GVA and DTZ for the final round of bidding to secure the transaction management contract, currently held by DTZ. A separate estates management and valuations contract held by GVA is also being retendered. The existing contracts expire in the second half of this year.
