BCU deal to trigger Brum spec scheme

Birmingham City University (BCU) is in talks to pre-let 50,000 sq ft of offices at Goodman’s Eastside Locks development in Birmingham city centre, with the deal expected to act as a kicker for a second speculative office building of circa 80,000 sq ft, CoStar News can reveal.

The muted deal would see BCU occupy Building 6 in its entirety, becoming the first tenant at Goodman's new Eastside scheme.
