The Savannah, Georgia, hotel market has experienced one of the industry’s strongest post-pandemic recoveries. Revenue per available room, or RevPAR, soared 77% in 2021, rose 24% in 2022 and is up nearly 10% in 2023. In 2021, while many destinations were just beginning to recover, Savannah set all-time highs in demand, RevPAR and average daily rate, or ADR.
