Rothesay Life backs Sanctuary Buildings buy with £180m loan

Life insurance giant Rothesay Life is providing a £180m senior loan to the South Korean consortium – comprising Hana and Kiwoom Securities - that has bought The Sanctuary Buildings in London’s Victoria for £285m, CoStar News can reveal.

The South Korean investment firm Hana Alternative Asset Management, the investment arm of Korea’s largest financial group, Hana Financial Group, has completed the acquisition of The Sanctuary Building from Blackstone Property Partners for a net initial yield of 4.2%.
