Peoples Associates Structural Engineers (PASE), one of the largest engineering firms in the Silicon Valley, purchased the office building located at 1550 Leigh Ave. in San Jose, California, in an owner-user transaction. A private individual sold the vacant building for $6.3 million, or about $331 per square foot.
