One of the busiest developers in Chicago’s Fulton Market district is proposing one of its biggest projects yet in the former meatpacking district, as Sterling Bay seeks zoning permission to build neighboring towers that could have nearly 1,000 apartments and hundreds of thousands of square feet combined.
