NFI Industries, a Camden, New Jersey-based third-party logistics provider, has signed an 18-month lease for 423,665 square feet of industrial space at Harvill Business Center, 20123 Harvill Ave., in Perris, California. The building is owned by Ares Management under its Marq Logistics brand. The starting rent is $0.83 per square foot on a triple-net basis.
