Harrison Street/Linkcity tie up for 491-bed Canterbury student homes scheme

Linkcity has signed partnership agreements with Canterbury council and Hyde Housing for remainder of £115m mixed-use scheme

Harrison Street, the alternative real asset investment firm that Colliers took a majority stake in in 2018, and Linkcity, part of French construction and services group Bouygues Construction, have joined forces to develop a 491-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Canterbury in Kent.
