Dubai investor set to sell on Hammersmith landmark

GEMS Education, the Dubai-based global children’s education provider, is set to sell on two landmark Hammersmith office buildings it bought two years ago after dropping plans to redevelop it as a major educational facility, CoStar News understands.

CoStar News revealed in September 2011 that GEMS was to buy the two adjoining gateway office blocks in west London totalling 133,000 sq ft for £33.5m.
