CBRE wins 4.4m sq ft BAML role

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed CBRE to a new transaction, project and facilities management contract across the bank’s 4.4m sq ft property portfolio outside of the US, CoStar News can reveal.

BAML has renewed and expanded its contract with CBRE, which will see the agent’s global corporate services group provide TM, PR, and FM, as well as critical engineering, portfolio and consultancy services for BofAML across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
