Property planning and design adviser Turley has expanded its South West and Wales planning team with a series of new appointments in its Cardiff office.
Catrin Jones joins as a director and has circa two decades of experience in environmental planning, infrastructure consenting and strategic policy development. She was most recently head of environment and consenting, Celtic Sea, at BlueFloat Energy.
Leo Horton-Taylor has joined as a senior planner from Stantec, where he worked for almost two years having been at DPP Planning for more than two and a half years.
Jamie Wright and Georgie King Brain have also started as assistant planners at Turley, which has 15 offices across the UK and Ireland.
Huw Jones, director and head of South West and Wales at Turley, said in a statement: "Catrin is a strategic and creative problem solver whose deep expertise in environmental and infrastructure planning will be invaluable to our clients and colleagues.
"Welcoming another three planners to our team not only strengthens our talent pipeline but will also help us to enhance our offering across multiple sectors.
"Jamie, Georgie and Leo all bring a range of skills and experience – but most importantly enthusiasm – that will help us to drive forward our ambitious plans and our ongoing impact across the region."
Last month Turley appointed Stephen Taylor to the newly created role of placemaking lead as it accelerates growth in this area.
Taylor, who has led Turley’s national urban design team since 2016, has more than two decades of experience in masterplanning and design leadership.
