ING agrees 130,000 sq ft City relocation

Dutch Bank ING has gone under offer to occupy the entire 130,000 sq ft of office space in Stanhope and Mitsui’s 8-10 Moorgate in a deal which is expected to sign in the coming days, CoStar News can reveal.

The bank is believed to have agreed terms to relocate its 230,000 sq ft London headquarters at 60 London Wall to the 135,220 sq ft 8-10 Moorgate, selected from a shortlist of five City options. ING, which is due to sign the deal in around a week, will take a 20-year lease and pay a rent of around £57.50.
