Colliers' Study Shows Domestic Investors Make Up Three-Quarters of the Buyers

Colliers has unveiled a new study on the French commercial real estate investment market in the third quarter 2023. According to the study, foreign investors have largely withdrawn from the market since the beginning of the year. As evidence of this, their market share in Île-de-France has fallen from an average of 47% over the period 2018-2022 to just 24 % in 2023 to date, according to the consultancy.
