Goodman to sell two warehouses to Amazon for over €150 million

At the beginning of the year, Goodman entrusted Eastdil Secured with the task of selling a portfolio of four properties known as Project Echo, for which it was hoping for a sale price of around €220 million. In the absence of bids meeting its expectations, the American investor has finally decided to sell to Amazon the two assets in the portfolio occupied by the e-commerce giant, Business Immo has learned, confirming information first revealed by Green Street News. The company is also withdrawing its other two assets from the market.
