Clearbell Capital hard caps second fund at £400m equity providing £1bn firepower

Clearbell Capital has closed its Clearbell Property Partners II fund with a hard cap of £400m as well as £97m of co-investment capital, which provides comfortably more than £1bn in firepower for new investments.
