Colliers instructed to sell Sheffield hotel

FRP Advisory, a restructuring and advisory firm, has confirmed that it has instructed Colliers International as sole selling agent to market for sale the Cutlers Hotel, a 3-star, 45 bedroom hotel on George Street in Sheffield City Centre for around £1m.

Cutlers Hotel is being sold as the principal asset of its current owner and operator Meridius Limited, which went into administration on 11 September with the appointment of joint administrators Phil Pierce and Ben Woolrych, partners at FRP Advisory, the restructuring and turnaround firm.
