TK Maxx takes Edinburgh store

In the largest new retail letting in city centre since Primark 2011 deal, TK Maxx has agreed a lease on a 30,000 sq ft flagship store in Edinburgh city centre with Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund and Peveril Securities.

Located on South St David Street, opposite Jenners, this will be TK Maxx’s primary store in Edinburgh. This is the first pre-let deal to be agreed on the initial phase of the St Andrew Square development, which is a joint venture between Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund and Peveril Securities.
