G&T London acquires Bloomsbury property for resi conversion project

G&T London has bought 6 John Street in Bloomsbury for £9.45m and plans to convert the four storey neo-Georgian style building into 14 luxury residential apartments, financed by Christian Candy’s Omni Capital.

The boutique developer expects planning permission later this year on the 11,830 sq ft property near Gray’s Inn, formerly the London base for OLCI Construction Training, with works due to commence early 2015.
