MetroLoft: New York Pfizer building conversion won’t be delayed by structural issues

Developer says damage from buckled columns is limited to fewer than 30 apartments

The office-to-residential conversion of Pfizer’s former New York headquarters remains on track for completion by the end of next year despite the structural issues that triggered evacuations and halted activity around the site this week, according to lead developer MetroLoft.
