RICS exempts UK public sector property from valuer rotation

Private sector property valuers now have to be changed after five years

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has ruled that valuations of investment properties for the public sector, whether internal or by an external valuer, do not require the mandatory rotation of valuers.
