The 396-key Tysons Corner Marriott at 8028 Leesburg Pike in Vienna was sold for $87.5 million, or about $221,000 per key, as part of a year-end trade. According to county records, the hotel was acquired by a joint venture partnership between Rockwood Capital and Tamarack Capital Partners.
