Siemens reignites major Manchester campus plans

German technology giant Siemens has reignited its long-running plans for a major redevelopment of its Princess Parkway Campus in Didsbury, in Manchester with plans for a major redevelopment of its regional management centre, a further 140,000 sq ft of offices targeted at suppliers and associated companies, homes and a private hospital.

A new draft Development Framework for the site will be lodged with Manchester council for consideration by the executive at its meeting on 18 June 2014 with a final DF expected be submitted to the executive for its approval in September 2014.
