Intu completes Uxbridge mall stake sale to KWAP

Intu has completed its sale of and 80% stake in intu Uxbridge to Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) ("KWAP"), the £19bn Malaysian pension fund, for £175m, representing a 2% premium to its 31 December 2013 valuation of £213.9m (100% basis).
