Sackville St fills up on back of lettings trio

Evans Randall has completed three new lettings at its 15 Sackville Street offices asset in Mayfair, London W1, meaning the building is fully let a year after acquisition.

R.A.H.M.S Limited has taken 8,700 sq ft across the third and fourth floors on a 15 year lease, with Antin Infrastructure Partners UK LLP taking 6,000 sq ft across the first floor, and Symmetry Investments UK LLP taking 2,600 sq ft on the second floor, both on 10 year leases respectively.
