Paris-based investment firm Genefim (Société Générale Group) has acquired the 319-room hotel Exe Rey Don Jaime in Valencia, Spain, from Atom Hoteles SOCIMI for €50 million ($56.5 million), or €156,740 ($177.144) per key.
