Lysara locks in operator agreements across £305 million former NCP car parks portfolio

30-strong portfolio transitions to new leases and management agreements

Lysara, the pan-European developer and operator of transport infrastructure, has completed the transition of its UK car park portfolio to operators Q-Park and Apex, securing long-term lease agreements with Q-Park across 20 sites, including leases of 20 and 30 years, and management agreements with existing partner Apex Parking across a further 10 sites, all former NCP car parks.
