Debenhams' flagship Edinburgh home comes to market

Debenhams’ home on Princes Street in the centre of Edinburgh, the historic site of the Scottish Conservative Club, has been put up for sale, CoStar News can reveal.

The 108,300 sq ft property, which is let for a further 40 years to Debenhams Properties with a guarantee from Debenhams Retail, is the retailer’s flagship store in the Scottish capital and is being sold by a private investor client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Ratcliffes.
