TfL agrees 220,000 sq ft Canary move

Transport for London has agreed terms to take 220,000 sq ft of office space in Canary Wharf, CoStar News can reveal.

The transport body is under offer to occupy the space at 10 Upper Bank Street, E14, in Docklands on a sublease from ‘Magic Circle’ law firm Clifford Chance at its 1m sq ft London headquarters.
