Bell Partners has acquired a 214-unit apartment building near Amazon's second headquarters site in Arlington, Virginia, for roughly $10 million less than the community sold for in 2011 - a rare price drop in a market that has only seen prices go up since Amazon's HQ2 announcement in November.
