Israeli giant swoops on Glasgow's Atlantic Quay

One of Israel’s largest insurance groups is buying 150 Broomielaw, a prime office block in Glasgow let to the Scottish Government, CoStar News can reveal.

Clal Insurance, headed by Izzy Cohen, has agreed a deal with landlord Standard Life to buy the 90,000 sq ft block for £42m, above the price being offered by other investors.
