JLL wins 850-property Zurich mandate

Insurance giant Zurich has picked Jones Lang LaSalle as its new sole adviser across its 850-building global property portfolio, CoStar News can reveal.

Zurich Insurance Group has ended a year-long review of its worldwide real estate suppliers by selecting JLL to take sole responsibility for a global corporate services contract covering the firm’s 14m sq ft property portfolio.
