Google selects CBRE to manage £4bn estate

Internet giant Google has concluded a five-month search for agents to manage its vast global property portfolio by appointing CBRE, in what is one of the largest real estate mandates to be awarded by a technology firm this year.

Google and CBRE have agreed the terms of the contract, which will run for three years initially and cover transaction management, project management and lease administration.
