SWIP's King South East office portfolio to sell

Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships is under offer to sell the King portfolio – a rare opportunity to buy three prime office buildings in the increasingly competitive South East market - for a price understood to be in excess of the £44.49m or 8% yield asking price, CoStar News can reveal.

SWIP advised by Jones Lang LaSalle is understood to have gone under offer to sell the buildings after strong institutional interest in the portfolio. Market sources this week suggested Aviva was the buyer.
