PPG tees up £100m of sales

Premier Property Group, the property company of former Glasgow Rangers Football Club owner and chairman Sir David Murray, has gone under offer to sell around £100m of retail and office assets in two portfolios.

Market sources this week said PPG advised by CBRE is under offer to sell the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre in Hartlepool and the Four Seasons Shopping Centre in Mansfield to LaSalle Investment Management for close to £55m.
