LandSecs bolsters central London leasing team with CBRE and DTZ recruits

Land Securities has beefed up its London leasing team recruiting Oliver Knight and Matthew Flood from CBRE and DTZ respectively as directors. LandSecs said it was aiming to capitalise on occupier interest in its development pipeline.

Oliver Knight joins from CBRE, where he worked on several high profile office schemes including 20 Fenchurch Street, the landmark building in the City of London being developed by Land Securities in conjunction with Canary Wharf Group.
