Manifest Law, a technology-enabled immigration law firm with offices in New York and Phoenix, has signed an 18,200-square-foot sublease for the entire eighth floor at 902 Broadway in Manhattan's Flatiron District. The firm is taking over space previously occupied by Adaptive Security, an artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity company that relocated to a larger office downtown this year.
