Colliers International posts 9% Q3 revenue jump

Colliers International revenues reached $323.4m for the third quarter of the year, up 9% on the same period in 2012, while the firm’s parent company FirstService also posted a 9% revenue rise to $608.3m.

Colliers’ revenue growth was comprised of 8% internal growth measured in local currencies, a 3% unfavourable impact from foreign currency translation and 4% growth from recent acquisitions. Internal growth was primarily driven by investment sales and leasing activity in the Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
